These wines are the fruit of centuries of winemaking tradition and represent the true essence of the territory. For cheese lovers, a taste of Pecorino della Val d'Orcia cannot be missed, famous for its softness and balanced taste, often served with local honey or zero kilometer jams. And finally the truffle, a prized product with an extraordinary flavour.
