The house consists of a large and fully equipped kitchen to be able to cook meals independently and equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, and a quadruple room without architectural barriers. 

Outside there is an exclusive garden with pergola and barbecue equipped with a Jacuzzi heated to 38°C for six people and an outdoor playground for children.
