If you are limited to a single day in Florence and want to see its key attractions, this trip is perfect for you. Start your day in Florence directed to Pisa, exploring the iconic Leaning Tower, then spend the afternoon enjoying the stunning landscapes, rolling hills, and delightful wines of Tuscany.
After an early start and a quick journey from Florence, you will reach Pisa. Here, your tour leader will delve into the city's story and how it gained its fame. Strike your last poses with the tower and jump back on the train off to Florence where you will have free time to grab a quick bite before you meet the tour leader again for an exciting afternoon in Tuscany.
The Chianti region welcomes you with olive groves, cypress-lined roads, and ripe grapes hanging from the vines. Your tour leader will navigate through the heart of Tuscany, sharing tales of legends set in Medieval castles. In just an hour, picture yourself living your dream: a glass of wine in one hand, bruschetta in the other, against the backdrop of breathtaking rolling hills. Inside the ancient cellars, winemakers will reveal the secrets of their craft as you taste three exquisite wines before hopping back onto the minivan to head to the next winery.
At our second destination, you will visit a local family-owned farm and discover how small-scale wine producers craft exceptional wines. It is a genuine chance to delve into the process of harvesting, crafting, and bottling these renowned wines. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to sample between 6 to 8 diverse wine varieties, along with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oils, all accompanied by delicious snacks.
Your return to Florence is estimated around 6:30 PM.

Cancellation
and no-show policies
- For cancellations communicated in writing to info@italyonabudgettours.com within at least 2 (two) days/ 48 hours prior to the tour, our Agency allows the clients to receive a full refund of the amount paid less 10% administration fees.
- No refund will be possible when canceling the reservation of the tour/activity with less than at least 2 (two) days notice/ 48 hours prior to the booked excursion date.
- No refund will be given to those clients who do not show up at the correct departure time and point, or to those who lose contact with the guide and therefore do not complete the excursion.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to get in touch with the Tour Operator if running late to the meeting point or if you can’t find the guide in order to assist you as much as possible. If you miss the tour, no refund will be possible. If the customer wishes to reschedule the same-day tour to a different date, the full amount of the tour must be repaid.
- The passenger is always due to the meeting point 15 mins/20 mins before the departure. No refunds will be made in respect of any unused portion of a ticket or partially completed trip.
